Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC in California seeks a Residential Plumbing Sales Advisor who helps homeowners select the best plumbing solutions. You will assess needs, present options, prepare estimates, and close sales, traveling to Orange and Los Angeles counties from our Brea base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets (>$2M/yr).
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours incl. evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver's license in applicable state.

Job Overview

As a Residential Plumbing Sales Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in our company by helping homeowners choose the best Plumbing solutions for their needs. You'll use your sales expertise and our training to identify customer requirements, present suitable products and services, and close sales effectively. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. This role requires you to travel to Orange and Los Angeles County and is based out of Brea.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate their Plumbing needs, perform assessments, and discuss potential solutions.
• Present Plumbing Solutions: Provide detailed explanations of our Plumbing products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Prepare Estimates: Develop accurate and competitive pricing estimates based on customer requirements and company guidelines.
• Close Sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert consultations into sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Follow-Up: Maintain customer communication to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
• Leverage Leads: Work with company-provided leads and self-generated prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
• Attend Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and installation schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 5 years of successful Plumbing experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, $2MM minimum sales per year.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• A positive, coachable, and driven attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A current and valid driver's license in the state in which you will work.

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
