Job summary

Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC is seeking a Residential Plumbing Sales Advisor to help homeowners select the best plumbing solutions. You will use your sales expertise and our training to identify needs, present products, and close sales on-site with homeowners.

This role requires excellent communication, a positive attitude, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends across residential job sites in California. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of successful Plumbing experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (min $2MM/year).
• A current and valid driver's license in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate their Plumbing needs, perform assessments, and discuss potential solutions.
• Present Plumbing Solutions: Provide detailed explanations of our Plumbing products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Prepare Estimates: Develop accurate and competitive pricing estimates based on customer requirements and company guidelines.
• Close Sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert consultations into sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Follow-Up: Maintain customer communication to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
• Leverage Leads: Work with company-provided leads and self-generated prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
• Attend Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and installation schedules.
