Job summary

Call The Bee in Connecticut is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to lead the residential plumbing division, drive operations and revenue growth, and uphold best-in-class service. You will manage licensed plumbers, ensure code compliance, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver quality, on-time projects.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership, strong operations experience, knowledge of plumbing codes, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience is required.
• Strong operations knowledge to support field teams.
• Familiarity with local plumbing codes and permit processes preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Plumber license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support the plumbing team; set performance standards and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee daily workflow, installations, repairs, and codes/safety adherence; coordinate with dispatch and office staff.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability within plumbing operations; monitor KPIs and productivity.
• Provide hands-on field support when needed and serve as a technical resource for the team.
• Ensure high-quality, timely, respectful service and strong customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and mentor plumbing staff to build a growth-focused team culture.
