Job summary

Call The Bee is seeking a Plumbing Manager to lead our residential plumbing division in Connecticut. You will guide a team of licensed plumbers, enforce safety standards, and drive service excellence while overseeing installations and repairs.

As a proven leader, you will focus on operational efficiency, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction, partnering with dispatch and office staff to maximize performance and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in residential plumbing.
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and permit processes.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Master plumber license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support a team of licensed plumbers. Set performance standards, enforce safety protocols, and foster a culture of accountability and professionalism.
• Coordinate daily workflow, oversee installations and repairs, and ensure code compliance. Work with dispatch and office staff to maximize efficiency.
• Identify areas for increased sales and profitability within plumbing operations. Monitor KPIs, manage productivity, and ensure service targets are met.
• Provide hands-on support in the field when needed and serve as a technical resource for the team.
• Ensure customers receive high-quality, timely, and respectful service and lead the team in delivering a top-tier customer experience.
• Recruit, train, and mentor plumbing staff; build a positive culture focused on growth and retention.
