Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing, water heaters, tankless, and filtration.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Plumbing License.
• Ability to provide repair versus replacement options to customers.
• Knowledge of drain machines, camera, and locator equipment.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools.
• Service Titan Experience (Preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document work.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues.
• Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues.
• Always explain to the customer what service you are performing and give exact prices & gain approval before doing the work.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services for the customer's needs and wants.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
