Job summary

The Shield Co. Management, LLC in Chicago is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions. You will identify customer needs, recommend tailored services, and build lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.

You will conduct inspections, respond to leads, and maintain a company vehicle in line with policy. The role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and earnings between $60,000 and $90,000 with commission potential.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related sales experience or training.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or pest protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations, and present proposals to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to leads and proactively generate additional pest control opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions per laws and policy.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle in accordance with policy.
