The Shield Co. Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue growth by selling pest control solutions.

The role targets residential and commercial customers through warm leads, cold calls, and on-site visits to identify needs and present tailored solutions. Responsibilities include inspections for infestations, presenting proposals, and maintaining the company vehicle.

Competenze

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.

Mansioni

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations and prepare proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control opportunities.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle and comply with Vehicle Policy.
