Descrizione del lavoro

The Shield Companies is hiring a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services. You will identify customer needs, tailor proposals, and build lasting relationships through on-site visits and warm leads.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, presenting solutions, and managing leads while using a company vehicle. A high school diploma is required, along with a valid license and driving history.

Competenze

6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
High school diploma or GED.

Mansioni

Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
Conduct inspections to identify infestations and conditions conducive to infestations, and present proposals to obtain sales contracts.
Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and territory while proactively generating opportunities.
Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with laws and company policy.
Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle in accordance with policy.
