Job summary

PermaTreat is seeking Home Service Sales Professionals to advance their careers by selling pest control solutions directly to residential customers in Virginia. The role includes paid training, top wages with commissions, and opportunities for annual awards trips.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, conducting thorough inspections from attic to crawl space, presenting tailored solutions, and using provided devices to ensure accuracy and speed while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen

Responsibilities

• Use a customer focused approach in scheduling sales appointments and meetings with potential residential customers in their homes to explain PermaTreat’s products and services.
• Conduct thorough and detailed inspections from attic to crawl space
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer's needs
• Deliver uniquely tailored sales presentations on issues identified during inspection
• Influence potential customers with hand-held devices provided for thoroughness, speed and accuracy
• Maintain a self-management and goal-oriented mindset to achieve sales performance objectives through assigned leads and new business development
