Job summary

Orkin in the United States is seeking a driven Sales Inspector to protect homes by inspecting properties and recommending termite protection plans. You’ll meet homeowners, perform 360 inspections, and leverage your people skills to build lasting trust while earning uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required. We cover the cost of training and licensing.
• We will comply with state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct interior and exterior home inspections
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and risk factors
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to hit income goals
