Job summary

Arrow Exterminators in Oklahoma is seeking a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management, inspections, and treatments. You will identify infestations, select appropriate controls, and provide preventative advice to customers, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include customer relationship building, scheduling, and potential sales assistance; you will operate company vehicles and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Available to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed.
• Willing to learn and become knowledgeable in pest control.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify pest signs and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits and traps.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and pest control solutions.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, and assist sales.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained, stocked, and functional.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations on products and safety.
• Drive and operate a company vehicle as required.
