Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to service residential and commercial customers using IPM. You will start your route daily, inspect areas, identify pests, and implement personalized solutions while maintaining equipment and vehicle in top condition.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused and safety-conscious, with a willingness to learn and work a 40-hour week. A company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Inspect attics and crawl spaces to identify pests.
• Develop and describe a personalized IPM solution.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle in good condition.
• Interact with customers and answer questions.
