Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to service residential and commercial customers using an Integrated Pest Management approach. You will work in a production-based role with opportunities for earnings growth and career development.

The position includes a company vehicle and a robust benefits package, with emphasis on training and a family-friendly culture. Valid driving license and ability to pass licensing exams are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass state licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow IPM-based pest control procedures to service residential and commercial customers.
• Inspect routes, access attics and crawl spaces to identify pests and conducive conditions.
• Provide professional, friendly service and document findings for clients.
