Job summary

Arrow Exterminators, a Rentokil family company, is seeking a Pest Control Technician to provide residential pest management services. You will perform inspections, identify pests, apply treatments, and offer preventative advice while maintaining safety and professionalism.

You will educate customers, schedule visits, and help grow our service offerings, all while driving a company vehicle and adhering to safety standards in a fast-paced field role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and read product labels carefully.
• Strong communication and basic math skills for calculations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, baits, and traps following safety standards.
• Educate customers on prevention methods to reduce future infestations.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and upsell products.
• Maintain and inspect pest control equipment and ensure good working condition.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and safety practices.
• Operate company vehicle in a safe manner when on assignments.
