Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to serve residential and commercial customers using an IPM approach. You will start your day on assigned routes, applying treatments, inspecting for pests, and communicating solutions to clients with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary! We will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residences and commercial sites to identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions.
• Follow IPM-based treatment plans and apply controls as directed.
• Keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition and assist customers with questions.
