Job summary

Western Exterminator, part of the Rentokil family, seeks a Residential Sales Specialist in Arcata, CA to sell pest management services to homeowners. You will perform needs analyses, recommend solutions, and guide customers from assessment to close.

You’ll work with service teams, prepare proposals, and track progress in the CRM. Travel up to 100% within territory and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of sales or pest technician experience.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
• Comfortable presenting to customers and following up on proposals.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential pest control solutions to new and existing customers.
• Perform needs analyses and present tailored proposals.
• Inspect homes for pests and harborage and advise on treatments.
• Coordinate with service teams and CRM for follow-ups and quotes.
