Job summary

Western Exterminator in San Marcos, CA is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist to grow the business by selling pest management services to homeowners. You will assess needs, propose solutions, and work with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1+ year sales or pest control experience, a valid California driver’s license, and strong verbal communication with customers. Base pay is hourly with opportunities for incentives and commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year of sales or pest control experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 100%.
• Strong verbal communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and present pest control solutions.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points.
• Develop proposals and close sales with CRM records.
• Coordinate with service teams and customer service to maximize opportunities.
