Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential clients. You will assess needs, consult on solutions, and represent the national brand locally to protect homes and families.

Travel up to 100% within territory; you9;ll use the company CRM to manage opportunities and close sales while delivering customer-focused service and expert knowledge during installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver2 license.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• 122-2 years pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points.
• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams.
• Develop proposals for pest issues and enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to map challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expertise during service installations.
• Maintain daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
