Job summary

Rentokil North America is hiring Pest Control Consultants in California (Redding) to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You’ll assess customer needs, consult on products, and use CRM tools to close sales while delivering excellent service.

Role requires strong communication, high school diploma, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel within territory. Pay is hourly, with benefits starting Day 1 for FT colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and engagement.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and suggest enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clarity of customer home.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to ensure proper service installations and satisfactory completion.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
