Job summary

Florida Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Consultan t to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers and to provide exceptional customer service. You will analyze customers' needs, present solutions, and close sales while representing the Rentokil family at the local level.

The role requires strong communication, a high school diploma, and the ability to travel up to the territory; a valid drivers license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid drivers license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• 12 years pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete home diagram in Sales CRM for clear customer understanding.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
