Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Sales Consultant in Florida to protect homes and families by assessing needs, presenting pest management options, and closing sales with a customer‑driven approach.

As a face of the Rentokil family, you’ll collaborate with service teams, complete diagrams in the CRM, and travel within your territory to grow revenue while delivering exceptional service to residential customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence is required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventive maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to increase opportunities.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve issues and propose additional pest household services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to clarify the customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the Sales CRM.
