Job summary
The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management services and products while maintaining top-tier customer service. You will assess customer needs, present solutions, and close sales as a trusted local representative of the Rentokil family.
Responsibilities include inspections, proposing maintenance plans, collaborating with service teams, and documenting activities in the CRM.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license required; company vehicle and gas card provided.
- Strong social, customer service, and communication skills — sales experience preferred.
- Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
- Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points.
- Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
- Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
- Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and document findings.
- Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
- Provide expert knowledge to support service installations.
- Complete daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
