Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Pest Control Consultant in Oklahoma to sell our industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You’ll assess customer needs, consult on solutions, and protect homes and families while delivering outstanding service.

This full-time field role requires travel within the territory, strong communication, and a proven sales or pest-control background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Must be able to travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and share with the team.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the CRM.
