Job summary

Terminix in Tulsa is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers while delivering exceptional customer service and protecting homes. You will inspect properties, discuss needs, and design proposals; collaborate with Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians; use CRM to track activities and proposals for closing sales.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points.
• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Use Sales CRM to document customer interactions and proposals.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Support service installations with product knowledge.
