Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is looking for a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You will assess customer needs, present tailored solutions, and coordinate with service teams to ensure satisfaction.

You will need a valid driver’s license, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset. Travel within the territory is common as you help protect homes and families from pests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills — in fact, we’d be really impressed if you came to this role with related experience and/or training in sales.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers and grow the business.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess needs to propose products and services.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Prepare proposals for customers and follow up on past proposals to close sales.
• Provide expert knowledge to installations and ensure job completion to customer satisfaction.
