Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers and assess customer needs with expert knowledge of products and services.

You will work with the Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to grow revenue, while delivering excellent customer service. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; travel up to 100% within the territory may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license in your state.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Strong social and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with our Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and upsell household services.
• Complete daily sales activities and CRM updates to track progress.
• Provide expert knowledge to installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
