Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking Pest Control Consultants to sell our industry-leading pest management services to residential customers while delivering a superior customer experience.

You will act as the face of our national brand in your local community, assess customer needs, propose solutions, and close sales. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete home diagrams and use Sales CRM to document findings.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations and ensure quality.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
