Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an energetic Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest control solutions while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the local face of our national brand, assessing homes, presenting proposals, and partnering with branches to maximize revenue.

You will travel within your territory, leverage a CRM to track opportunities, and work with service teams to ensure installations meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes and assess pest issues to propose pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to create opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete home diagrams in Sales CRM to map challenges and opportunities.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Assist with service installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
