Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Pest Control Consultant in Texas to sell pest management services to residential customers, while maintaining a client-focused approach to grow the business.

You will inspect homes for pests, consult with customers on solutions, collaborate with service teams, and develop proposals. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and strong communication and sales skills are required; travel may reach 100% of territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; prior sales experience encouraged.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess needs to propose solutions.
• Sell pest control services and maintenance plans to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals for customers and follow up to close sales.
