Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers while delivering a customer-focused experience. You will be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing needs and recommending solutions.

The role requires strong communication and sales skills, a valid driver's license, and readiness to travel within your territory up to 100% of the time. Benefits start day one for full-time colleagues.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop proposals for customers.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to ensure clear understanding of customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure job is completed satisfactorily.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
