Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers and protect homes. You will inspect homes, discuss needs, and propose solutions while coordinating with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and a sales or pest-tech background. Travel up to 100% of the time in the assigned territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers and provide customer-focused service.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess needs based on findings.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve issues and additional service opportunities.
• Update Sales CRM with home diagrams and follow up on proposals.
