Job summary

The Rentokil North America, Inc. team is seeking a full-time Pest Control Consultant to promote our pest management services to residential customers. You will assess homes, propose effective solutions, and collaborate with in-house teams to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license from current state of residence
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
• Prefer 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers
• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services
• Complete sales activities and use CRM systems to track progress
