Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers while delivering trusted, high-quality service. You will assess customer needs, consult on products, and leverage the brand as the local face of Rentokil in your community.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, collaborating with the service team, and proposing enhancements to household pest control plans. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your state.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience is a plus.
• Prefer 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for more opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop customer proposals.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to map customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations and ensure quality outcomes.
• Record daily activities and sales metrics in the company CRM.
