Job summary

AMH, a leading single-family rental company and homebuilder, seeks a Permit/Starts Coordinator in Denver to manage new construction permits and the permit process timeline for our projects.

You will coordinate submittals, maintain records, audit budgets, and collaborate with Regional Product Manager, Purchasing and Acquisition teams to deliver complete permit packages on time across our communities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of permits coordination or related experience.
• Experience in real estate development or home building preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and processes new home permit submittals and monitors timelines.
• Reviews and maintains records related to permits and documentation.
• Manages project plans, budgets, and progress updates with stakeholders.
• Coordinates frame walk revisions and vendor coordination for permits.
