American Homes 4 Rent, LP is seeking a Permit/Starts Coordinator in Denver, CO to manage the permit lifecycle for new construction projects. You will coordinate submittals, track timelines, manage budgets, and ensure complete permit packages for construction project managers.
The role requires 1+ years in permits coordination or related fields, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Eligible for quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $52,708.00 to $69,838.00 Annually. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
This position is eligible to receive quarterly bonus payments.
