Qualifications

• Have personal experience with mental health challenges.
• Be Certified and Registered as a Peer Support Specialist (PSS) or Peer Wellness Specialist (PWS) through the Oregon Health Authority (OHA).
• Driving is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• Support programs in the Coast region and meet new residents at admission.
• Engage in conversations with residents to build trust and connection.
• Facilitate and coordinate peer groups for residents.
