Job summary

Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA, seeks a Peer Support Specialist to promote recovery and community integration for individuals with behavioral health and/or substance use challenges. You will teach, support, and empower clients to direct their own recovery and advocacy, building skills and utilizing community resources.

This on-site, full-time role may require driving; base pay range is $22.44–$34.33 per hour, with potential additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Upon hire: Certified Peer Specialist (Facility Managed)
• Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
• 2 years in recovery for a minimum of 2 years.
