Responsibilities

• Receive packages, mail, and other deliveries from carriers and authorized vendors.
• Accurately scan or enter each delivery into the building’s package-tracking system.
• Follow procedures for documenting, storing, and releasing packages.
• Notify residents promptly through the building’s approved communication channels.
• Verify recipient identity and apartment information before releasing any package.
• Maintain control of package-room access and protect residents’ packages and information.
• Monitor the package room to prevent loss, theft, or damage.
• Coordinate pickups with drivers, vendors, residents, and staff.
