Job summary

Aruza LLC is expanding its Outside Sales team in Summerville, SC. You will grow income by meeting homeowners, identifying pest-related concerns, and presenting customized service plans that protect their homes.

This role rewards self-motivation and communication with an uncapped earning potential and a clear path for advancement within a fast-growing residential pest control leader in the Southeast.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 2-4 years’ prior experience in pest control sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; pass MVR and background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential customers through prospecting, referrals, networking, and company-generated leads.
• Conduct property inspections and identify pest-related concerns.
• Recommend customized treatment plans based on customer needs.
• Present service options and pricing with confidence and professionalism.
• Follow up on opportunities and close new business.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and conduct annual follow-up visits.
• Accurately document sales activity and customer information within the CRM system.
• Partner with operations and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and company events.
• Represent Aruza with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
