This role offers a guaranteed salary of $15K for the first 4 months and uncapped earning potential. You will help homeowners by identifying pest-related issues and recommending treatment solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ prior experience in the pest control area preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsabilités

• Generate new residential customers through prospecting and networking.
• Conduct property inspections and identify pest-related concerns.
• Recommend customized treatment plans based on customer needs.
• Document sales activity and customer information within the CRM system.
