Astound is seeking a dynamic, outdoor sales representative to drive residential direct sales in the Dallas, TX area. You will start with a $34,000 base salary and unlock uncapped commissions, targeting total earnings of up to $90,000 with strong performance.

This field-based role involves visiting residents, property managers, and referral sources, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and weekend flexibility. Training and mentoring support enable you to grow beyond the base salary as you close new

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for face-to-face selling.

Aufgaben

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources.
• Aggressively pursue any leads provided daily.
• Distribute marketing material and facilitate campaigns to build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contracts, understand service levels and obligations, and articulate customer needs.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay updated on competitor activity in the market.
