Astound is seeking a results-driven residential outside sales representative to cover the Dallas, TX area. You will start with a $34,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings up to $90,000.

The role is field-based, door-to-door, with a schedule Tue-Sat and potential for on-going earnings growth. The position emphasizes customer acquisition, relationship building, and presenting service options to residents and property managers, with full benefits and training

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
