Astound is seeking a field-based outside sales professional to represent residential services in the Dallas, TX area. You’ll start with a $34,000 base salary and have uncapped commissions, with potential to reach six-figure earnings based on performance.

This role is face-to-face and door-to-door, mainly outdoors, requiring strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to manage relationships and schedules across assigned territories.
