You will represent Astound in a residential market, meeting homeowners, property managers, and referrals to build the customer base. Success hinges on outbound field activity, product knowledge, and effective customer needs analysis.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Must be motivated, self-starter and able to work autonomously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through direct, in-person meetings.
• Pursue daily leads and drive sales activity in assigned territory.
• Understand property contract language and service levels, obligations.
• Present quotes, sign-up orders, and explain solutions to customers.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report progress to management.
