The candidate will oversee staff training, maintain confidential personnel records, and participate in governance committees with the Program Director and Regional VP. A bachelor's degree and healthcare experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2–3 years in health care industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of governing policies (CARF, State Licensing) and staff orientation/training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of governing policies and procedures (CARF, State Licensing).
• Identify staffing needs and communicate to Program Director, Regional VP and Recruiting Department.
• Enforce hiring, disciplinary actions, performance appraisals, EEO and anti-discrimination practices.
