Residential Operations Manager

Location: Richmond, VA
Employment: Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 + Performance Bonus

A1 Door Company is looking for a driven Residential Operations Manager to lead our Richmond residential service operation.

This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone who enjoys developing people, creating accountability, improving processes, and driving results. You’ll be responsible for helping our residential service team perform at a high level while ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience.

We’re looking for more than someone who can manage the day‑to‑day. We want a leader who can identify opportunities, solve problems, develop employees, and continuously make the operation better.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop our residential service team
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance

• Work closely with dispatch and office teams to keep daily operations running efficiently
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience
• Conduct regular performance conversations, coaching, and training
• Help ensure company processes, policies, and standards are consistently followed
• Communicate between technicians, office staff, and company leadership
• Build a positive, accountable, high-performance culture
• Drive continuous improvement across the residential service operation

Home service, skilled trades, field service, or residential service management experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

$80,000–$100,000 base salary + performance bonus
