Job summary

Volunteers of America in Mansfield, OH is seeking a Residential Operations Manager to oversee second and third shift staff and clients in a 24-hour program. The role ensures safety and security, reports observations to the Assistant Program Director, and maintains regulatory-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in criminal justice, human services or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of second and third shift facility staff, clients and surrounding community.
• Report key observations or concerns to the Assistant Program Director.
• Ensure day-to-day safety and security of the facility on assigned shifts.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements through timely documentation and reporting.
