Job summary

North Central Mental Health Services, Inc. seeks a full-time residential program assistant to support the Residential Program Director and on-site staff.

The role involves aiding staff, coordinating documentation, and visiting seven locations in the Columbus area using a company vehicle. Responsibilities include collecting and monitoring safety, staffing, and inventory records to align with City, State, and national accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be attentive to detail, compassionate and able to communicate with others effectively.
• This position will impose occasional physical demands; must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with a good driving record (less than 4 points); company vehicle provided for rounds)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residential Program Director and residential staff as directed.
• Provide support for site visits to 7 locations in Columbus using company vehicle.
• Collect and monitor documentation related to staff requests, safety and deficiencies, inventory and purchasing requests to support accreditation standards.
