Job summary

Support, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Administrator to lead an interdisciplinary team delivering community-based residential and day services in Colorado. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $65,000, with compensation reflecting related experience and industry knowledge.

This exempt position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4–10 years in service delivery, and a Master’s degree is preferred. Strong leadership, budgeting, and a track record for process improvement are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four to ten years’ related experience in a service delivery environment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s degree (M.A.) or equivalent preferred.
• An ideal candidate will have the skills to provide leadership and management to a team of professionals.
• Must be capable of building sustainable systems and processes to improve organizational performance.
• Willing to grow professionally and enable the growth of individuals around them.

Responsibilities

• Manage an interdisciplinary team of professionals to achieve high quality service delivery.
• Provide leadership and management to continually improve performance and customer outcomes.
• Develop and monitor the department’s budget and resources.
• Recruit, assign and train appropriate personnel; ensure accountability across staff.
• Monitor performance using quality assurance methods and KPIs.
• Attend Management Team meetings and contribute to strategic goals.
