Support, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Full-Time Exempt Operations Coordinator for Residential services. You will plan, monitor and coordinate health and habilitation programs to ensure a high quality of life for consumers in community settings.

The role works with an interdisciplinary team and requires at least an Associate’s Degree and 2 years of related experience. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. We offer competitive benefits, PTO, holidays and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and coordinate health and habilitation programs for consumers.
• Oversee all aspects of care to ensure a high quality of life in community settings.
• Coordinate with nurses, behavior therapists, and benefits staff.
• Carry out monitoring and quality assurance per policies and laws.
